Injured workers with musculoskeletal issues can be conveniently scheduled directly with Tri Rivers physicians, savings employers and TPAs time and money.

We value your time and work efficiently to accommodate your scheduling request. Our goal is to provide initial appointments within 72 hours – or same-day appointments for urgent injuries – at one of our convenient locations. Our scheduling team is available at 1-866-874-7483, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.

Be prepared to provide the following information when scheduling the appointment:

  • Worker's full name and date of birth
  • Date of injury and body part affected
  • Employer name, address, contact name, phone and fax number
  • Workers’ compensation claim number

As the abuse of opioid and narcotic medications becomes an epidemic, Tri Rivers pain management physicians take a proactive approach to managing pain from musculoskeletal injuries. They follow current Agency Medical Directors’ Group (AMDG) best-practice guidelines when prescribing narcotics and also promote the use of effective alternative pain-management techniques.

Treatment plans include physical therapy, exercise, non-narcotic medicine and nonsurgical treatments. The physicians also use EMGs and nerve conduction studies to determine the cause of the injured worker’s pain.
